The actress decided to quit cinebiz post tying the marital knot in 2009, has succumbed to the lure of celluloid. And has shaved off her hair to give herself a super headstart in the business of emotions… once again!

Reportedly, Antara Mali who’s displayed ample flesh in Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Naach’, apart from a modicum of talent, decided to opt for the tonsure and deglam look after Palekar narrated her the script of ‘And Once Again’ (Sangrila Kreations) costarring Rajat Kapoor and the Bengali Bombshell Rituparna Sengupta.
A reliable source gushes in a tabloid quote stating, “Antara was quite kicked about Amol’s film and loved the narration. She immediately agreed to sign up for ‘And Once Again’. And didn’t think twice about shaving her head, because her role, which is that of a female monk in Sikkim, requires it.”
