Synopsis:-
What’s Your Raashee? is the story of Yogesh Patel, a young man who in his heart has always wanted a love marriage. Till suddenly he is told that he must find his dream girl within ten days to save his family from utter ruin.
Finding the dream girl is tough enough. Finding her in a hurry is even tougher.
His solution is simple; he will meet one girl from each raashee – sun sign, as he feels that is the best way to make sure he finds a suitable wife, while also giving himself twelve chances to fall in love. Two meetings per day gives him six days to meet them, three days to make a final decision and he can get married on the tenth day, or so he thinks.

I am a capricorn woman from Mumbai. Though Iam a gr8 fan of Ashutosh Gowarikar’s movies,I am really upset with the promos which contains the capricorn woman in a very weird manner. There are lot of positive points about a capri woman,which doesn’t seem to go right with the potrayal of a capri woman.I wonder out of the 12 raashi’s why Ashutosh chose to to show us capri’s in very stupidly funny manner.Though even if we take it sportingly it hurts the the sentiments specially where you live in a media dominated society.We are the modern educated women of today ,having a mind of our own,sensible,practical and intelligent. Its realy unjustified for capris like us.

i think ashutosh gowarikar should have done a better research than just making a movie based on a novel.its totally unjustifiable… well capri women are lot more modernised, educated,classy and well dressed.infact they are one of the modernly dressed women. it really pisses me off when i see the woman potrayed in the movie seems to be out and out annoying,sheepish,illiterate and stupid.

i think ashutosh gowarikar should have done a better research for making a movie based on 12 rashis especially the capricorn because according to me capricorn women have a wonderful dressing sense either they live in a village or in metropolitian city.capricorn women whether they are educated or uneducated are intelligent, practical and classy ;they are not sheepish or idiotic like capricorn avatar of priyanka in what’s your rashee.example-Sonali Bendre,salman khan,twinkle khanna who is a fashion designer herself.
other famous capricorn are: Issac Newton the scientist,Atal Bihari Vajpayee former Indian Prime Minister

i think that though what’s ur raashi wud b a great hit, but ashutosh gowarikar has done a lot wrong predictions of all 12 rasshis. aries-is not so weird dressed women as they are shown, libras are not that corporate or strict instead are kind women, capricorns are really smart and and modern women … and there are many such different faults in each raashi. though the director may have done so by purpose and for comedy, then too it wud not be liked by many especially by the certain raashis.
